Five classes follow independent treatment

The five classes are the boundaries inference policy may ever want to treat independently — fetch, place, quantise, omit, or query. Control weights ride every token and stay precision-sensitive; routed banks are touched a sliver at a time. The split rule cuts only where a profile can make a separate decision; a taxonomy distinction is never a reason to split.
