Observation records; intervention tests consequences

larql vindex3 observe records carrier writes from the canonical decode traversal with provenance and receipts. Optional lenses and per-head capture provide descriptive views. observe --intervene applies declared carrier changes or in-kernel CPU softmax head counterfactuals; there is no separate intervene verb. Metal, MLA, conv-QKV and batch-prefill head intervention remain outside that scope. Observatory replay reads a recording; it neither runs the model nor establishes causality without a controlled intervention and comparison.
