Storage formats keep bytes only

Storage formats do their job well: they keep the numbers, inspectably and portably. What they do not carry is a durable semantic, query, and execution model — which parts are which, what may consume them, which precisions remain the same model, what was proven about any of it. VINDEX3 compiles a source checkpoint's semantics in once, proves the result, and keeps both bytes and meaning for the artifact's life.
