Schema six: surfaces follow the program

Graph schema 6 is the ontology lift's first half, landed 2026-08-30: presence means semantic presence. The execution surface's attention and FFN groups exist iff the component's declared operator program runs those operations; the per-layer operator is explicit, with no absent-means-softmax default; the layer census fails closed on an undeclared family; and operand closure is enforced at encode — a container whose operands do not close is removed, not written. Object kinds keep identity and stop implying operation families.
