Container is a named directory

A VINDEX3 container is a directory whose every part is named, addressable, and checkable: one root authority (index.json), a manifest that gives stored banks their meaning, execution profiles, and the five durable weight classes — each one something a runtime may independently place, quantise, omit, or query. Not a blob: a catalogue.
