VINDEX3 is a way of storing an AI model so the same copy can be run, questioned, and checked — nothing repackaged, nothing thrown away. An open container specification, defined by two public documents: a directory whose every part is named, addressable, and provable, where the weights themselves stay queryable. Five production models already round-trip through it byte-identically, and containers serve real inference — 106 tokens per second on one laptop, with the answer provably unchanged.
