LOGICAL OBJECT
identity conceptual, never a filename
The logical things a component owns, named in an architectural vocabulary — identity is {component}.{kind}, like target.decoder_stack. Physical tensor names may bind an object; they never define it.
Kinds run embedding, decoder_stack, final_norm, output_head, perception_tower, expert_bank and more. A representation's id is {object}@{encoding}, and encodings are observed from shard headers, never invented.
