What a VINDEX3 binding actually is: a closed, operand-verified program of typed operations plus its operand bytes — never tensors to reassemble into an engine's own architecture type.
Attention, KDA, MLA, Mamba2, MoE, norm, projection, gating are operation kinds inside the program, not structural requirements of a component. Since graph schema 6 this is the completeness authority in the format itself: a component requires what its declared program requires, surfaces exist iff the program runs them, and object kinds keep identity while implying nothing. Attention is vocabulary, not ontology.
