PARAMETER-FREE QK NORM
a judged fact, no weights
Some models normalise Q and K while shipping no norm weights at all — a semantic no tensor evidence can reveal, judged from the reference implementation and persisted on the surface.
It lives on the surface as parameter_free_qk_norm, distinct from weighted QK-norm — and it is the standing proof that a container cannot be reconstructed from bytes alone: some execution semantics must be judged at compile time, which is exactly what the compiler boundary exists for.
