Control and routers; the dense spine; shared FFN; and the two routed expert classes — the exact boundaries inference policy may treat independently.
A part gets its own physical identity only when the runtime may independently omit, quantise, place, prefetch, execute — or query it. That is the split rule; a taxonomy distinction is never a reason to split. There is no sixth class: hot sets and cache sizing are profile metadata, never storage classes.
